Step 1: Complete the Inquiry Form

Please  take a moment to fill out the inquiry form provided on our website. This inquiry will help us understand your specific requirements and preferences.  


Step 2: Schedule your Consultation Meeting

We'll schedule a meeting to connect in person, on call, or in a virtual meeting. You will be provided with a photoshoot proposal with your inspirations and notes.


Step 3: Complete Intake Forms

Every client is responsible for completing their Model Release Agreement Form, Emergency Contacts Form, and Service Agreement Form before your initial photoshoot session.


Step 4: Select Your Package and Secure your Appointment

To secure your chosen package and reserve your preferred date and time, we request a 25% deposit.  This deposit confirms your booking and ensures to purchase the supplies, props, or rental spaces necessary for your initial photoshoot.


Step 5: Schedule your Modeling Session (free service for photo packages only)

During the Client's Modeling Session, you will get step-by-step guidance with a practice modeling run before the initial photoshoot session. 


Step 6: Arrive on Time for your Photoshoot

If you are joining in with a makeup artist or hair stylist on set, it's required that all parties arrive at call time to ensure that the photoshoot process runs smoothly. 

Note: All parties will have to complete intake forms.  


 Our typical turnaround time for delivering images after a photoshoot is  approximately 1 to 3 weeks. We also offer express delivery add-ons for clients requiring quicker delivery of their images. These add-ons are designed to accommodate urgent deadlines without compromising on quality. Please contact us for more information about our express delivery options and pricing details. 


Yes, we offer a range of album and print services using third-party services to ship directly to your preferred address. 


Cancellation by Client:

  • If you need to cancel your scheduled photography session, we       require at least 3 days' notice.
  • In cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances       (e.g., serious illness, family emergency), we may waive or adjust our       cancellation policy at our discretion


Rescheduling by Client:

  • You may request to reschedule your session with at least 7 days'       notice, subject to our availability.


Cancellation by Photographer:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your       session due to circumstances such as inclement weather, illness,       equipment failure, or other emergencies, we will make every effort to       notify you as soon as possible.
  • If we cancel your session, all deposits and payments made by you       will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled session, based on       your preference.

  

Client Responsibilities:

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and promptly communicate any changes or cancellations regarding your session.
  • Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in the       forfeiture of deposits or fees and may affect future booking       opportunities with us.
